You will need to provide us with proof of purchase and a desciption of the defect. We may also ask you to provide photographs or other evidence of the defect. We will then evaluate the claim and determine whether it is covered by this limited warranty.
- Inspect the golf balls you are using and avoid using scuffed or damaged golf ball. These imperfections can cause the ball to act as a knife and can ultimately rip the net.
- Inspect your net for wear and tear such as fraying. We highly recommend you purchase a Net Guardian if your shots are repeatedly hitting the same spot to increase net longevity.
- Avoid leaving the net return outdoors in inclement weather.
- Ensure your practice area is free of clear people and objects to prevent injury.
